PHPinas may reject, suspend, or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or outdated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PHPinas login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. PHPinas will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login details. PHPinas operates a Know Your Customer process in compliance with applicable regulations. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method. This verification may be triggered at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any time PHPinas considers necessary. Accounts that do not complete verification when required may have withdrawals paused until the process is resolved.
Accepted Philippine IDs include: PhilSys national ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS card, PRC card, voter's ID, and postal ID.

The minimum deposit amount on PHPinas is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit set by PHPinas, although individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits. GCash and Maya deposits reflect in your PHPinas wallet within seconds under normal operating conditions.
All funds deposited into your PHPinas account must be your own legitimate personal funds. Depositing money on behalf of another person, depositing borrowed funds specifically for the purpose of gambling, or depositing proceeds from illegal activities are all prohibited. PHPinas may freeze accounts and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
PHPinas does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, some payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside the control of PHPinas. Deposits that fail to appear in your PHPinas wallet within 30 minutes should be reported to PHPinas support with a screenshot of the payment confirmation.
To request a withdrawal from PHPinas, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawals are only paid to the same payment method and account holder used for deposits. PHPinas does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for deposits without prior written approval.

PHPinas offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and Refer a Friend rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time each promotion is announced. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms prevail for that promotion.
Bonus funds on PHPinas are subject to wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Unless specified otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on PHPinas welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x requirement must generate ₱10,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
PHPinas Refer a Friend rewards are subject to the specific terms published on the Refer a Friend page. Referral rewards are only credited when a referred friend successfully registers using the referrer's unique link, completes identity verification, makes a qualifying first deposit, and places qualifying bets. Self-referrals or any attempt to generate referral rewards using duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated rewards.
All bets placed on PHPinas are final once confirmed. PHPinas does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation except in circumstances where PHPinas determines that an error occurred at the platform level. It is the player's responsibility to verify all bet details – game selection, stake amount, and odds – before confirming.
PHPinas may void a bet in the following circumstances: the event or game is cancelled or abandoned, a technical error resulted in clearly incorrect odds being offered, the bet was placed after the event's conclusion, or the bet involved information not generally available to the public. Voided bets have stakes returned to the player's PHPinas wallet in full.
Live or in-play bets on PHPinas are offered during active events and are subject to rapid odds changes. PHPinas employs a short delay between placing and confirming live bets to ensure odds accuracy. In cases where odds change materially during this window, PHPinas may offer the revised odds or void the bet and return the stake. The decision rests with PHPinas's trading team and is final.
Maximum winning limits per bet and per event may apply on PHPinas. These limits are displayed on each market and within the bet slip interface. PHPinas reserves the right to limit stakes on specific markets, events, or for individual accounts at its discretion, without providing a specific reason.

Unauthorised use of PHPinas intellectual property may result in account termination and civil or criminal legal action.
PHPinas provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While PHPinas strives to maintain 99.9% uptime and reliable service delivery, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. PHPinas shall not be liable for losses arising from: platform downtime, technical failures outside PHPinas's control, delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, or interruptions to live streaming services caused by external providers.
In no event shall PHPinas's total liability to any player exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. PHPinas is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages under any circumstances.
Gambling involves risk. PHPinas does not guarantee that you will win. Only bet what you can afford to lose. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
PHPinas reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons, without prior notice where the circumstances require immediate action:
Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Deposits made from legitimate funds that are not in dispute will be returned minus any applicable bonus funds, provided that no fraud or money laundering is suspected. PHPinas will communicate the reason for closure where it is legally permissible to do so.
Players who wish to close their own PHPinas account voluntarily may do so at any time from account settings or by contacting support@phpinas.click. Pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be processed normally.
PHPinas collects and processes personal data in accordance with the PHPinas Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering for PHPinas, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with PHPinas, these Terms, or any transaction on the platform shall be resolved in accordance with Philippine law.
